First time customer. Diagnostic test performed first and accurately pinpointed repairs needed to turbo charger control module. Great communication to me as to issues and cost. Repairs were prompt and fair (I checked). Work timeline was what they told me and cost was as quoted. Excellent service all around. Had my 2002 Thunderbird here for a complete A/C replacement. The time it took to complete the job was just one day longer than first scheduled. However, it was not their fault. The replacement parts were defective, because they did not preform to the standards they required. Even so, it was only one day longer than first planned. Joe was very professional and apologized several times for the delay. I highly recommend this X-Pert Automotive store.
